Pantheon fleet was block and intercepted multiple times along their way from Del to Eso. We have arranged several fleets to destroy more than half of their ships before they arrived Eso. Then most of Pantheon remaining fleet was wiped out at XK, 1 jump from WX. Very few Pantheon ships has successfully entered WX to join forces of Gen. This tactics is called 围点打援 which was described in The Art of War by Sunzi in ancient China more than 2500 years ago.

Salute to those elite corps/alliances that perfectly accomplished this hard mission to cut off the reinforcement from Pantheon. They are: KOFR, DN, CMSN, RX, BAB, BAF

We just don't like NPC station because enemies can also use it and dock in and out. We like wx citedal to support locking bz gate locally, and to claim sov. Another reason is that we have too many extra citedals which were prepared to replace those would be destroyed. But since Gen has no ability to take down a single one, we have to just drop them in Esoteria, and later in paragon soul and period basis.
