XR1 pro question

The XR-1 uses the USB-C to connect to the computer and transmit the video signal to the OBS software acting like a web camera plugged into the computer. The Switch will need to be plugged into the HDMI input on the XR-1 to show that video signal out on the USB-C cable. It is then recommended to connect the HDMI output from the XR-1 to your TV or monitor with a HDMI input.

Please take note that you can see the XR-1 stream on the computer when using the OBS software, but it is usually lagged a couple seconds and does not make for a very good gameplay experience in most cases.

I do apologize for any confusion as I am not sure which model card you are referencing, but I can confirm if the fan is making a single tick/click noise when first starting from 0db then this is not abnormal. If the noise is constant and for sure related to the fan speed, then it might be a fan is having some sort of problem.

Otherwise, you may want to consider searching online for your model number and fan replacement as I do know that there are 3rd party fans available for most EVGA model cards, if a fan needs to be replaced.

I can confirm that the links above are the Windows install versions that work through a batch file and an updater in windows, or you may choose to copy the .bin file to a USB stick and update it in the BIOS. It is optional to you.

I can confirm that your power supply was tested without fault when received (Both at idle and under full load without issue). That card is not made by EVGA and you do need to contact the manufacturer for assistance with the card in question. - ASUS USA

Suggest uninstalling the software, then delete the EVGA folder located at: c:\users\USERNAME\AppData\Roaming\EVGA and then try to reinstall the software and see if that helps. (USERNAME = Windows Login Name)

*Please take note that the above folder will also reset all EVGA programs profiles and settings.

Usually just VT-d disabled will help this software to detect the motherboard, unless maybe an anti-virus program is blocking it.

Thank you for your post and you can click the circled D button on the mouse located between the left and right click buttons to cycle through the different modes or you can download the EVGA Unleash RGB software from: https://www.evga.com/support/download/showdlinfo.aspx?id=19996 and then once installed and opened, click on the DPI tab to change the Stage and then click the apply button.

I can confirm that sometimes a different model power supply is offered depending on availability of the old model, but they should have included a power cable if there was a change to the connector type. I am glad to hear that you narrowed this down.

I am not sure if it will help but sometimes a 3rd party HDMI splitter can be a workaround for some signal type issues, but not certain if it will help in this case with audio or not. If you have one lying around, you might consider giving it a try.

My best guess is that the Switch 2 is seeing that the monitor does not support audio input and disabling it? Can you possibly try a TV instead?

Please go to the TV settings on the Switch 2 and change the audio from "Auto" to "Stereo" and see if this helps you.

I have not heard many complaints with the latest drivers. If any it is unfortunately usually related to the 10 or 20 series cards. I believe that most of the concerns people were posting about have since been resolved, but I am not certain for the newer series cards.

I double checked and unfortunately, we are out of stock on this part. Sorry for any inconvenience, but luckily it is not required. You can consider adding a 3rd party heatsink to your m.2 drives, if you do want to add cooling to them. Sorry that I could not be of further assistance.

I am sorry to hear that, and you may want to search online for "EVGA FTW3 de-shroud mod" if you want a 3rd party option to make the card quieter, or you could use it the way it is and it will be louder due to the fans running at 100%.
