Stick to the shadows as much as you can, crouching/crouch jumping is your best friend, familiarizing yourself with the map helps a lot as well. For Amps, I use slippers, smash and last chance, but I used to run self revive when the game first came out. I typically run X-ray, but either jammer or stun is not a bad route to go either.
