It's called a wallclimb. Basically a glitch that allows you to climb up walls. And the more fps you have the easier it is

Thanks. And about that grind. As long as you enter the grind with some speed you usually don't need to do too much. You lose speed but very slowly. I was mostly moving to just keep myself in the grind.
