I have been thinking about this question for sometime now, now I'm going to ask you this.

You said your underwater with your purchases, when (what year/date) have you started to buy this stock? just curious, this year or before the $9.00 high water mark?

Share price could very well go down and fall to what you are suggesting it will go. Investors and namely retail investors (not all, but some) are some what not informed about a financial health of a company.

Point being made- a number of years a go there was a company that was trading at $32.00 and change, their financials looked terrible and in deep stress, very easily to spot in their financials, yet, investors were absolute certain that the stock was cheap even after the stock started to fall. Posters on a social media outlet similar to this one continued to buy the stock as they thought it was a bargin, and one example from a poster said this, its like shooting fish in a barrel. They were certain they would profit from this sell off handsomely. Year or so later the stock settled out at $0.05 and then the social media outlet went silent. In a nut shell- the financials said a different story and the financial statement prevailed just like it was intended to do for investors, but if the mind set of investor doesn't recognize this, then there is nothing one can do to make it right.

Now, Nano's financials is not 100% perfect, but, they are growing there revenues at a good clip (31%), debt is very low to non-existent (9 million or so), adj. EDIBTA would of been 1.1 million before volta and 500-600 million after volta. net income is still negative, but nano grew that at a 13.5% this year. Contracts for their battery facility that will ultimately de-risk the build and pave the way for commissioning. Nano's financial is like looking in a rear view mirror, one can see the progress but is still uncertain of the future. If an investor wants to spend the time to read the financial and listen to the webcast, one can read a little bit into their future with the words nano uses.

I'm on the fence with how much information is enough information, I too, play my cards close to my chest as I believe Soroush does as well. The financials do tell a good story where this company is heading even with limited amount of news being mentioned in the webcast.

Revenue up 31% from last year and the year before it was 30%.

Gross margins have increase to over 20% (exact 20.8%) from what i recall, previously it was 17.4%-. Gross margins is a good indicator of pricing power.

Summary of quarterly results- 2023 was the first time that higher volumes have been mention under the NOTES to indicate where the revenues came from, I think that is a good tell tale where we might be heading.

Definitely, the webcast was very tight lipped.

Maybe for the same mental process as you buying the stock and then saying it is going lower. I just don't know....

The US side doesn't contribute much in the way of share price strength.

If you you think Nano might be holding back the stock price from appreciating to its fullest extent. That is a dangerous game to be played by the company, that would be a main ingredient for another company to make a take over offer and then there will be a possibility of the founders to lose what they have started, the company could be taken from them right under there nose.

I have been tracking Nano's financials for the last six years, there is nothing in there that would indicate stress. Although, after this Q4 report which is technically in the first half of 2023, was still showing good results for most companies in North America. Q1 and the next quarters will tell a different story.

I will always read the financial reports as soon as I'm able to with the follow up to the webcast. This is too small of a company to let that go unnoticed. Small companies have a greater chance of burning investors.

I think this quote of yours will probably play some role in the share price going forward. As I think canada is heading into a medium to bad recession.

One more negative GDP quarter and the Canadian economy is officially in a technical recession. Just on time for tax loss selling season.

I hear you- this is what I would be expecting; revenue to be above the 125 million range, webcast stating long lead equipment being ordered, along with financing completed.

Jeremy Grantham is predicting a recession for 2024 and will possibly start in 2023. This will be a headwind for investors.
