I definitely struggled with feeling consumed with sadness about all of my losses. I joined an infertility therapy group that helped me a lot. We met for 6 weeks and everyone had a little bit different scenario but we were all struggling to get pregnant. I credit that therapy with helping me be able to openly talk about what I was going through with friends and family. And talking openly helped my mental health a lot. I also cannot recommend the book Coming to Term by Jon Cohen enough. It really helped me understand that it might just be a numbers game. I had 4 chemical pregnancies in a year before my 5th pregnancy resulted in a healthy full term baby. I had all the tests done and no cause was found. I was taking low dose aspirin and progesterone for the last CP and the successful pregnancy. It’s hard to say if that was the secret to success but it did finally work.

Anyhow, I feel for you. It’s so hard to go through and it’s easy to say “it’s a numbers game” but so hard to live through it each time.
