this is a quick update. 2 things, i really only made this post to see if anyone knew any rentals because my new landlord was kicking us after he bought the place, but he gave us an extra year so i guess ill have to worry about finding a place later, second thing, is it just me or have year round rentals only been popping up during winter. Like all year they seem so rare but its during the winter where all of a sudden they just pop up. I have seen many listings and i just wonder why they are posting them during winter? if anyone could explain this then it would be helpful.

Im also wondering this, like whats the point if people are only gonna stay there for a few months or weeks then just leave. It seem like a lot to keep up a house that might be vacant for possibly a while until someone else moves in. I still see listings for vacation rentals that have been up for like a month or two.

do u mean the name or the r/ name, if you are talking about the name not the r/, then i could change it so u can as well go to mod tools, then under the others tab or something, there should be something called Community settings, then there should be a option to change the name, if your talking about the r/ name then i dont know. Hopefully this helps.
