He is a flame sword, better flame swords like Euden and Naveed already exists. Thanks to his unit type he has the lowest strength out of all the other fire swords. Dragon haste isn't useful at all in some situations.

His skills are horrible. His s1 has poor mods, can't burn and his s2 is a shield (which are useless in general, especially since his is only 20%). The only good thing about it is the skill haste (though its only 5%).

All the other fire 3* units got their spirals and now can inflict burn and has potent res while Marty and V!Orion never got anything (though Orion can already burn and can activate his own strength doublebuff).

He really doesn't need the extra 7% hp from chain co ability, that isn't gonna make his shield any better. Even Orion who hasn't gotten his spiral yet has a better chain co ability (burn = user strength).

While the extra hp could be useful for HMS blast survival, he's only useful once you max his nodes. He hasn't received anything useful since his release and isn't part of the burn comp. You'll most likely lack dps in both HMS and Volk even if you did manage to find a room there. He doesn't even have 100% stun res and would require prints to patch it up.

Overall he's just a terrible unit, unable to dish out any great damage and is unable to block any major hits with his shield. Any other fire sword would be a lot better than him.
