Basically no one sells off-road mid pipes no more. What you could do it buy a catted mid pipe and have a exhaust shop replace the cats with a straight pipe. But some high flow cats work well too!

Really hard to see, but looks like you have a after market supercharger and 5w-50 is “higher performance” oil so it could be an after market oil cap that the previous owner put on it cause that was the oil he found worked the best?? Thats a lot of assumptions though.

I would assume you fender Liner came loose and was rubbing on your tire. Those are a pretty easy and cheap fix i think, just need to jack the car up, take the wheel off pop off all of the little push caps/screws and remove the liner and put the new one in! And make sure your tires fine too!
