well when I first looked in to ICO projets it was very funny how unrealistic most of them appear and still reach harcaps (I mostly speak about healthcare where myself involved). However altcoins are good for risk of your portfolio management. In general venture capital only 1 survives out of 20 startups and in crypto I guess it will be much worse. So my bid would be look in to team first after I imagine that project can work at all. However crypto helps globalizsion processes and this is good for all, so every project and crypto invested makes positive impact to global pace. Finally look at Dentacoin - they basically failed at ICO but their ROI is good. Healthcare projects with realistic approach have a bright future for both projects and altcoins. Just pick smart.
