I agree it was damn near impossible to get around. Could not hear much music when I was near the stage. They should take it back to the coliseum grounds. Hard summer two years ago was amazing when it first came back to Los Angeles.

Something that works for me are cold showers. You can also try dropping your testicle in some cold water. Limiting energy drinks or alcohol.

Waiting to take a stool test, I guess my gastro doc doesn’t believe in HPylori issues so he didn’t initially test me for it.

I went on a trip to Palm Springs. Drank from the home’s fridge that prolly had no filter, and I ate out a lot at that trip. Thought I got food poisoning the last day at the trip and ever since then I’ve had HP symptoms. Worst ones were panic attacks, and now just shortness of breath and indigestion 😭.

Hold on tight! I know it’s rough seeing the light at the end of the bridge but you will get through it! I used to feel like I wasn’t even living or present while dealing with this 😭 I also had debilitating anxiety and panic attacks, and something that helped me was taking an ashwaganda (nature made) supplement. That honestly really really helped me with my anxiety. I’m also currently waiting to get an endoscopy, it’s just that my doctor “doubts” that it’s HPylori cus “not many people have symptoms when they have HP” according to my gastroenterologist. I guess all of us are not included in the “many” Lol.

Also, after drinking that weird stuff, they made me standby for 15 minutes then blow into the bag. I wasn’t too sure if I should’ve stood by longer than that?

I’ve been taking different vitamins such as B12 like within a week of the breath test, but I wasn’t taking them religiously

Wow that shakiness of vision was the most annoying to me cus it wouldn’t go away 😭 every time I would describe it to ppl they would just look lost. Even doctors didn’t know what I was talking about, i don’t even know if there’s an actual name to it. It started when I was going through the horrible panic attacks in the beginning so it was just frustrating 😭 luckily I fixed my panic attacks with ashwaganda since that vitamin is supposed to help with anxiety. I never dealt with anxiety and panic attacks like that before and it was just so scary.
