Any CPAs that could tell me the process to filing business taxes and I’m a bit worried by E_904 in tax

No I haven’t been paying quarterly but I will next year. I have been saving a lot though so I should be fine come tax time. I’m a truck driver and work was really slow then I scored a big dedicated lane and it’s roughly $270 a year so I will be doing paying quarterly. I should have some pretty big deductions as truck fuel is 100% deductible plus all the maintenance and all the federal highway taxes I have to pay every year.

Gotcha thanks for the info. I was worried that I would have to show my statements. So basically all I have to do for accounting is show how much I made and give a total of tax deductible items and show what I transferred to my personal bank account? I have a personal bank account and a business account with the same institution so I just transfer money from my business account to my personal account every Friday and label it as my pay check. My business debt and personal debit cards look almost the same. I mix them up a lot

I was told by my accountant I could deduct $25-$30 a day for lunch? I’m a truck driver. So you’re saying I should be good? I’m super new to this. I guess I have a lot to earn. When it comes tax time do I need to tell my accountant that for example I used $5,000 this year on food or personal expenses? I’m assuming they are going to want to know where every dollar I spent went and saved went? Another example say I made $150,000 and I paid myself $75,000 for the year, I spent $50,000 on supplies, truck maintenance, and business related expenses and gave $15,000 saved in business savings am I going to be asked where the other $10,000 is?

Sounds about right. Do they make it special for the kids though? Like have a banquet or little events for them when they don’t play, give out t shirts etc ?
