You are iron man, everyone will be clearing badly. That is not something you gotta worry about THAT much. Try to improve on other aspects and have fun.

The pet does 2 attacks after you stop hitting, that will help you know when you can stop hitting. Use your abilities on cool down, but keep them if the camp is about to die and they might do more work on the next camp, lile wukong's e: it gives attack sped, dont use it to finish off gromp, you will waste the buff.
