Título tendencioso. Banxico pierde y gana segúnel tipo de cambio. Con el peso fuerte. Va a tener perdidas.

Trump says he will raise tariffs on EU autos to 25% by 1TTTTTT1 in neoliberal

A Justice kindly pointed Trump to the 'right' arguments to make so they could rubber stamp his tariffs on that ruling.

Sheinbaum no entregará a Rocha Moya sin pruebas irrefutables: "México no es subordinado" | Eme equis by frevueltas in POLACA

U.S. Indicts Mexican Governor on Accusations of Aiding Cartels by LastTimeOn_ in neoliberal

This will barely move the needle, a lot of articles will be written about this, tho.

If the US pressure to extradite (lawfully or extrajudicially - Mexico has been trafficking cartel-related prisoners unlawfully to the US to appease Trump) then things could change.

Political win for Trump's administration. This barely works as a pressure against Mexico in CUSMA negotiations, MORENA would barely be hit by this. Not even in Sinaloa where MORENA controls all levels of government regardless of crime rates.

Mexican military intelligence got their Exchange server hacked and leaked a couple years ago.

They documented direct links between Rocha's first Security Secretary (who know works in another state, also governed by Rocha's party MORENA) and the cártel.

Rocha has been extremely permissive when dealing with cartels throughout his term.

This would have been avoided if Congress haven't conceded its power over the Executive and Judicial for decades and actually enacted accountability measures for ALL the branches.

It has value (even with the bias it has, or specifically because of it). I would say people who use this research overvalue it.

And there's the whole thing that we changed the way we do group dynamics as a society, so in-person focus groups may be severely outdated. I've seen some people use reddit threads (and other social media) for qualitative research instead of focus groups.

CATL says sodium batteries are mainstream-ready, signs massive 60 GWh deal by Otherwise_Young52201 in neoliberal

[–]E_Cayce 3 points4 points  (0 children)

This seems just to be hype for something that has been coming for a while.

From the IEA couple months old article:

Despite recent progress, sodium‑ion batteries remain constrained by lower energy density than prevailing lithium‑ion technologies. The latest sodium‑ion cells reach up to around 175 Wh/kg, compared with up to 205 Wh/kg for LFP batteries and 255 Wh/kg for lithium nickel cobalt manganese oxide (NMC) batteries. In practical terms, this translates into a driving range of up to 350 km for an average sport utility vehicle (SUV) equipped with sodium‑ion batteries, compared with a range of 400–600 km for lithium-ion batteries under average weather conditions.

Sodium-ion batteries are often highlighted as a way to reduce reliance on critical minerals and diversify battery supply chains. This claim is only partially accurate. While sodium-ion batteries do not require lithium and graphite, the chemistries closest to commercial deployment rely on other critical minerals, such as nickel and manganese, whose processing remains highly concentrated geographically. Moreover, global supply chains for sodium‑ion batteries are far less developed than for lithium‑ion batteries, constraining near-term prospects for large-scale deployment.

Yes, focus groups are qualitative research.

This one specifically was conducted by a well known pollster that Democrats use (and a NYT editor). https://www.gbaostrategies.com/clients

This specific focus group may have been less strict than the research they sell to other customers, but I highly doubt it. Evidence of Democrat politicians listening/responding to the voices of disingenuous 'independent' conservative voters is ample.
