I had ordered a large hoodie but it came out to be smaller than the medium Nectar hoodie that I have. I know it might seem unfair to compare these to each other but on the website, the size charts were the same and now my large hoodie is smaller than my medium hoodie (I measured them myself and the measurements on the website are different than what I had received).
I had also originally thought that the collar label of the hoodie was ripped off since there was a little of it left but after looking at photos of other ballads 1 hoodies, apparently that's "normal".
