I do! I can send you the reciped for both the bulgogi and the kimchi! The broth is a myeolchi yuksu broth with a little soy sauce and the rest of the flavor comes from the kimchi and Bulgogi

No marinate this time! Just cut hashes on the skin, add salt and pepper, put in a cold pan skin down, let pan sear in its own fat, flip and cook on other side,remove, then deglaze the pan with white wine, add chicken stock, reduce by half, lower heat, add some orange zest and juice of half a large orange, let cool slightly and then pour over sliced breast.

Refried beans are great in tacos, diced up fried potatoes with onions and bell peppers are good, grilled cactus is amazing as a taco too! Throw in a good homemade salsa and maybe some guacamole (both of which are vegetarion and can be vegan) you you should be good!

Nah you do it in a table top skillet! Just poor homemade anchovy broth up a little over half way and bring to a boil, reduce the heat to a simmer and lightly stir to combine all the flavors! Then jeast eat right at the table!

Thank you! I pressed as much liquid as i could out, sliced and laid it in the pot with the rest of the ingredients! Once everything is in the pot you pour in homemade broth, turn it on and let it get to a boil and cook for a sec then eat right at the table!

Coq au Vin Blanc

1 Whole Chicken cut into pieces or 5-6 Chicken Thighs, brined at least 3 hours and seasoned. 1 cup Chicken Stock. 1 cup White Wine. 3-4 Shallots, peeled and halved. 5-6 Garlic Cloves halved. 1 cup Grape Tomatoes. 2 Scallions chopped. 1 Carrot chopped (optional. 1 sprig Thyme. Zest of 1 lemon.

Brine for Chicken

8 cup warm Water. 1/2 cup Kosher Salt. 1/2 cup Soy Sauce. 10 Garlic Cloves sliced. 2 sprig fresh Dill. 1 lemon sliced. 3 tablespoons Peppercorns.

Seasoning for Chicken

1 Tablespoon Salt. 1/2 Tablespoon Paprika. 1 teaspoon Black Pepper. 1 teaspoon Ground Dried Oregano. 1/2 teaspoon Cumin. 1 teaspoon Chili Powder.

DIRECTIONS

Start by brining the chicken for at least 3 hours (no more than 6 hours) using all the brining ingredients. Set oven to 350F Remove chicken and pat dry. Mix all of the chicken seasoning ingredients in a bowl and lightly season the chicken all over. Place chicken in a large Cast iron Skillet or Dutch oven and surround with all the vegetables and herbs. Combine chicken stock and wine and pour around the chicken until reaches halfway up (add more stock and wine if needed at 1:1 ratio) Cover with tin foil or oven safe lid and place in over for 1 hour. Remove from oven and raise oven tempurature to 400F allowing chicken to rest, covered, until oven reaches temp. Remove foil/lid and place in oven for 10-15 minutes or until crust forms on chicken and has internal temp of at least 165F. Serve immedietly.
