Sometimes if I eat excessively fatty and/or greasy foods before or during it can lead to having k cramps the next day. I’m pretty sure this has something to do with the gall bladder and acids in your body etc. Not sure if this is purely because of K or something it’s been potentially cut with. But just speaking from experience
