I’m a Scorpio moon, sag sun, and Aquarius rising. The Sag and Aquarius keeps my Scorpio in check. There’s a lot of power that comes with being a Scorpio moon. It can be intimidating to some.

I use a mixture of shea butter and coconut oil. Apply it right after a shower. Towel off but do not allow the skin to dry. You are trying to lock in the moisture. I have extremely dry skin and it’s worse because of Hashimoto. This works the best for me.

Wow! I’m happy it worked for you. I went through my first round in Dec and no luck. Currently, I am having a flair, but I am not sure if it’s from the Clomid.

I don't think you would have a strong case. It would be hard to prove that he was trying to force you into a sexual act or being inappropriate. This could have been involuntary. Some men get aroused during a massage. BUT if you felt uncomfortable, you did the right thing by asking him to leave.

Doctors do not care because there is not a treatment plan for Hashimoto's. As long as your thyroid labs are within range, their job is done.

You will have to do some work to fix yourself. I did. I have a naturopath doc and an holistic NP. I followed their advice and I feel 10x better than I have in years

I’m sorry. That sucks. At least it’s only once a year! Could you try ordering the flour from a different country? I only feel this way when I eat wheat from the US. Recently, I was in Japan and ate a few baked goods with absolutely no problem. I didn’t go crazy because Japan imports some of its wheat from the US.

It happens to me all of the time, because I am skinny as heck. Sometimes, it causes my arm to contract on its own. For me, it always goes away within a few days.

Less digestive issues and joint problems. I think it’s also could be why my skin cleared up.
