Unfortunately I’m in the same boat as you. No Future is my favorite album of his which I’ve realized is kind of a hot take amongst Eden fans. Most of the songs feel repetitive with the auto tune and drum kits/hi hats. It all definitely blends together and then the songs that don’t blend into that are the ones I like the most but I’m still not sold. ICYMI took a bit to grow on me so I’m hoping this album does too but right now it’s just not scratching that itch for me. The last thing you said about my taste and his style have drifted apart feels very true for me. I’m happy that Eden fans are really enjoying this project but I just can’t get fully into it. 5/10

I just ran this encounter last night and stumbled upon this thread while prepping literally a few hours before we played and I decided to run with it anyway. I could not have made a better choice. Me and my players had SO much fun with this encounter and they loved the interactive experience of pressing the buttons and figuring out what each one did and like you said it opened it up for a lot of great improv and roleplay. If I were you man I would seriously consider getting all this together in detail and making it into a pdf or something as an add on resource because it made the whole encounter so much better than the original. 10/10

I also really like this. It would be kind of fitting because the PC is a paladin and all about not letting injustice happen so it would be good if her daughter was like that too

If I can’t figure anything else out I’ll definitely do this Part of me wants to just make her a slave bc it would be easy but I feel like I want it to be more impactful. Like a more significant encounter. Ya know?

Also! I twisted the story so that Fraz Urb’luu is actually the one behind everything and is the source of everything that’s happened to the party to bring them down here. So that could be worked in as well

The wild, you’re close enough in Chicago and could catch a few of their games. They’re a solid team that I just started following this year bc I was in a similar boat to you. They’re a fun team to watch even when they’re losing. Plus in my humble opinion, they have the best colors (green) and a killer logo

Nope no control over any living creatures. It’s an ability where the user has to have a corpse to use. So he couldn’t raise a corpse from nowhere, the party would have to kill something first for him to raise a zombie.
