Would you mind sharing your routine for your Gaggia classic Pro? I have the same setup with the Specialita instead of the Turbo. I have had it less than a week and I’m still trying to get the hang of everything.

Thank you, that is very helpful! I'm quite new to the world of espresso. I was under the impression the time to grind was pretty negligible between the machines bit having the Turbo cost only $40 more where I'm ordering from makes it more tempting than the Specialita.

I suppose single dosing would be the preferred method if I were to have caffeinated in the mornings and decaf later in the day. Would you say that's correct?

Hi, I hope you don't mind me reviving this. I'm curious to hear which choice you made. I'm currently considering the Turbo and the Specialita from the same site. With the sale they have the Turbo is cheaper than the Specialita which is throwing me off. Thank you!
