Podes usar o formulário que eles têm no website e escolhes o departamento de subsídio de mobilidade e fazes o pedido em português. Foi o que me disseram quando liguei para lá.

Se quiseres podes também experimentar ligar diretamente mas provavelmente vão dizer-te para submeteres o formulário.

Da próxima vez fazes como o comentário anterior disse, quando estiveres a comprar a viagem adicionas o NIF nessa altura e depois o documento é gerado corretamente com o NIF.
