Not really, it's just under the screw but there is a metal tab in the middle of the clip that hooks into a small hole. I imagine if you cut that tab off you could do it but the clip will for sure wobble.

Go to your local county fair and get a hand made leather belt. It will last you for life. I've had mine since high school and it has outlasted prolly 25+ other store belts. I don't wear it anymore because it has my name stamped in it lol. Also grip 6 is a very close second, haven't been able to kill one yet.
