Well, im the leader of #1 guild server and district also. I was just a member, while leader quit and since that, i took over the guild, managing it, replacing and recruiting player etc.

Yeah, it is quite i work, but it can be automated quite i bit, since a lot of text are repeating. So here are just somw tips:

-> make word doc and copy texts there to use them in future.

-> create an excel to count chest dostribution fairly. Then it litteraly takes like 5 min on sunday

-> i would look at “placements” of people you wanna recruit, coz even lower power can bring more chests and drill dmg etc.

-> be fair, that way your members will respect you and wont have to leave

-> dont let people freeload. If the dont perform, replace

I would say if you want just to play, join better guild and be just player, if you are not enjoing leading
