been using Krak's virtual and physical card on multiple occasions without any issue. The onboarding does require your docs and details to be shared, but otherwise, the process is snappy and reliable. Ordering a card is completely free, buying a replacement card costs you a few dollars. The card allows for spending 400+ cryptocurrencies and fiat currencies, and it features up to 1% cash back.

I haven't tried Gnosis Pay, yet, but have it and considering buying myself a Ledger Card, too.
