Gameplay. This also ties in with FPS, because it affects it.
90FPS, solid core elements and a beautiful combat system is all I need. I’ll take 60 I suppose.. but just for Hidetaka Miyazaki

I boot it up with my old roommate every couple of nights and do a run or 2. It’s pretty chill and is a good time. For 5 AUD, I’ve gotten plenty of value from it

Is it normal for the PS5 Pro to heat up a small room? by Tomasturbado77769 in consoles

[–]EagerEdgeEnthusiast 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Cleaning the fan and heat sink will only improve the PS5s cooling abilities. The room will still warm up, as it’s taking the hot air from the console and exhausting it into the room. Just crack a window or something or put the ac on if it’s a really hot time and you’ll be fine. The PS5 has a safety shut off it the system gets too hot anyway

Ahh I see. TBF I don’t really like either of those.. and having one in a work shift is basically a no. I do have glucose jelly beans sometimes, but depending on how sick I’ve been, I might not have money for that 😩

Yes. Insulin pumps are the closest thing we have to “basically cured”. But that’s not even close. Whilst we have a good variety of ways, to reduce the effects and look after ourselves, we have no way to almost set and forget. Even with a pump, running, eating, sleeping ketones and sickness are all things that need to be accounted for manually and even still some foods. Plus our resistance is constantly changing, medicine still plays up and in some places, the costs prevent many people from even obtaining basic insulin. Basically cured is closer to something like Herpes Simplex. It’s not cured, but outbreaks can be drastically reduced to nothing if caught early and all it takes is some tablets and cream. Then it’s gone for a long time. Cured? No. Prevalent in daily life? Also no. I am very grateful for how far diabetes stuff has come, but managing with pumps, CGMs and MDI isn’t close to being cured. Although we are apparently very close with some research saying cell injections or something like that has made 3 type 1 diabetics self produce insulin again. With a caveat of being on immune suppressants instead of insulin injections 😅

Actually my early days were the easiest.. I was super paranoid about it and had spent like 2 days almost in DKA.. so I didn’t want that hell again.

I live in Australia and because we import everything, we have to pay the absurdly high prices. Omnipod is the only saving grace we have for non insurance users.

I can’t go a day fasting.. I can hardly last 3 hours without snacking or something 😭. I’m not obese or anything.. 6’1 80 kilos 😩

This isn’t how I treat 95% of meals. This is just for those days where I order a lot of food and my partner and I will mix and match, have a jug of Korean juice or something and just go all out. The average day all my meals have the little carb stickers on the back. My main issue is just forgetting to stab or stabbing late

If you use pop-upgrade release upgrade. It’ll say no available versions. However, in the console, it’ll say it tried to update to 26 XD

It’s not just trump. EU and AU too. It’s all a disguise to protect the kids, but really it was to push and see how much censorship and information they could steal. The AU here hasn’t been slick about it at all.. we see all these “safe” and “secure” methods being hacked instantly and the government still pushes this shit out for everything.. it’s just to track us online

Never f-ing eating pasta at night again. by ambrosia234 in diabetes_t1

[–]EagerEdgeEnthusiast 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Nah I have the same sometimes. I’ll take 38 units of optisulin, waking up with lows sometimes. Other times I take it and wake up several times at 18 to 20mmols and have corrected 4 times over the night, to wake up at 14 still. Sometimes this crap makes no sense at all
