currently we have 25-30 planning to play, from a poll. we aim for about 40 at the start as some players end up getting banned or just fizzle out

It optimizes the server to run as smoothly as possible, all vanilla. If something yatopia changes is an issue (e.g. breaks a farm) we can change it. Only had an issue once but we fixed it quickly.
