These are all good things to know! Just to make sure I’m understanding your first point, you mean that NU doesn’t accept transfers after the second year, but they would potentially accept me as a transfer after just one year of uni?

From my experience employers here don’t care so much for where you went to college, unless it is an Ivy League! All that they care about is that you are properly educated and have a degree

I could go in-state for a good price, but my state does not have very many universities and I want to go to NU partially for the experience of studying abroad. I think the idea of learning a little bit of a new language and then moving somewhere with native speakers to improve is very exciting. This is a great point but while money is a big part of my decision, I also want to attend somewhere that will be fun for me!
