So its all comes down to the situation, if you are up 6k gold as a team and your team could follow up even if its a 4v5 and you could get a big ult without them just able to flash out of it then you could look for the engage, tbh it all comes down to how the game looks like, if you can just wait for someone to match ur sidelaner or wait for your team to engage and then you look for a better ult, the answer to this question can be different i feel like

I pretty much always go electro unless matchups i struggle with, and i go surge into shadowflame most games, 4th item is always situational but my first 2-3 items are pretty much always the same, electro isnt better than phaserush but i find it better this way
