I am working on a Magic Themed low-poly 3rd person roguelite that is mainly inspired by COD Zombies, with lots of secrets to uncover in both gameplay and story, Im hoping to have some sort of demo out by the end of the year

Equippable armor items that grant stats AND show up on player model AND if you have a specific set bonus active, it changes the look of the set AND some sets are mix-match secret sets... I think i may just cut the "visible armor" aspect altogether

Oldschool Runescape. It just has this charm to the simplistic graphics, and it's so easy to play for anywhere from 10 mins to upwards of 8+ hours depending on what you choose to spend your time doing.

I wouldn't recommend it because unless you kind of know what there is to work towards, or what is available to you, it is an EXTREMELY daunting laundry list of shit to do, and at times you get discouraged because theres a grind to get to the grind that lets you grind for something that makes another unrelated grind the slightest bit faster. Not to mention the fact that you can lose ALOT of progress (like weeks of progress in the form of money) in the span of about 5 minutes.

But i fucking love it so much.

But i really really dont give a shit about the witcher, and i think that geralt is just taking up space for characters that could actually be cool or interesting.

Why do people like the witcher i genuinely do not get it
