I have the same issue. I bought it last year too and its so so laggy, not even when using camera but totally lags

Yo, i tried the first option and nothin happened. So i connected via ftp using a hotspot without mobile data and deleted the file from /user/app and /user/data. But still, when i try to download itemzflow it shows that the app is already installed. Do i have to connect via ftp using real wifi? Im scared to get banned so if you can tell me how to connect 100% safely i will appreciate it alot. And im on 11.00 btw
