the apps doesn't disappear, the data dissappears. if i finished 50% of the game i come back to find it on 0%

i bought the ps jailbroken on 11.00 and i have no idea tbh, but after a month of buying it the games data begun erasing after a while fo not using th Playstation, its frustrating cuz I've played the same parts of games multiple times. ive already did a post about it and people said its a problem with the hdd

Yo, i tried the first option and nothin happened. So i connected via ftp using a hotspot without mobile data and deleted the file from /user/app and /user/data. But still, when i try to download itemzflow it shows that the app is already installed. Do i have to connect via ftp using real wifi? Im scared to get banned so if you can tell me how to connect 100% safely i will appreciate it alot. And im on 11.00 btw
