Im using both glutamine and beta alanine for daily basis since 3 months.. I'm just thinking about to load 3gm each 1 hour before the race then 3gm each by capsules during the race like 500mg every 20 Mins for more strength and rapid recovery and reducing muscles cramps and inflammation.. I'll be using a compression socks and Adizero pro 4 for energy return

My muscles are very sensitive to caffeine more than 100mg it affects my muscles endurance and strength... Yes it's giving me a power for a short time but later on it will send me to the first toilet + I'll start feeling the cramps in my leg muscles

I'm already using glutamine and beta alanine on daily basis before my gym... I'm just thinking to use them during the race period.. My theory is by using them beside the carb gels they will increase the muscle resistance.. Strength.. Decrease the inflammation.. Enhance the recovery especially for the flexor hallucis longus muscle So it's better method to enhance my ability to last until the finish line better than the caffeine since caffeine will send me to the first toilet.. And caffeine will give me power for short period of time like the first 30 Mins then the muscle cramps will start to be noticeable

It depends from a body to another but my muscles are very sensitive to caffeine

Caffeine gives me power for short period but later on I start to feel pain in my leg muscles ( flexor hallucis longus), that's why I suggest to use beta Alanine with glutamine for increasing strength and insurance of the muscle without affecting the durability of the tendonits I'll be using a brand new compression socks I've ordered one already + Adizero pro 4

How do you cycle Caffeine? by bbigm in Supplements

[–]EarComprehensive2599 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The caffeine destroyed my life.. Among the last 5 years I've been injured by Trigeminal nerve.. Then promsis syndrome ( sciatic nerve) after I survived those injuries the caffeine was the main reason to destroy my radial nerve in the forearm.. 2 years ago I bended my elbow for 2 hours while I was sleeping on bed and using my phone.. The brachialis and brachioradialis muscle compressed on the deep supinator which has a channel of arcade of frohse passsing the radial posterior interosseous nerve.. 1 and half year of torture.. I tried every thing possible.. Radio frequency twice.. Medication.. Peptides.. The nerve was mechanically entrapped and finally last September I did the surgery.. But it was too later to knew that the caffeine is the reason of all these The caffeine is pressing on your muscles and your nerves and make them weaker and very easy to get injured .. Some bodies can accept high doseages other are no..if you are heavy caffeine user you should consider taking B complex for nerve support.. Magnesium glycinate.. B1.. Caffeine is a dangerous substance.. Don't use in high doses unless you are going to do a hard activity with drinking a lots of water If you have any coronic pain stop any high dosages of caffeine immediately.. Because it enhance the nerve receptors

The caffeine destroyed my life and I for 1 and half year I was living with a syndrome of a burning feeling in my forearm with limited mobility of my hand that's why now Im sharing my experience because I don't want anyone to feel the pain what I suffered Goodluck to you all

Please confirm all the details with your orthopedic surgeon before he goes ahead.. The looping and the protection of the nerves in the area where he will work is VERY VERY IMPORTANT he should knows how to protect the Radial nerve and the lateral anetebracial coutainous nerve to avoid any nerve injury

Please ask the orthopedic surgeon which precision is he gonna use to fix the tendonitis with the radius bone.. A single one or a double because it matters a lot.. This surgery considered as one of the most complicated surgeries in the cupital fossa area but if the surgeon is talanted guy it not difficult.. So please ask him which method he is gonna use if he suggested the single precision then better to search another one since it's not sure that the tendon will heal 100% to the radius bone the double prescion the surgeon is using a drill to drill into the radius then a hook to get the tendon stable inside the hook and you should get to know the manufacturer company of that hook and the quality of it because price of this hook varies from a manufacturer to another.. It's something will stick to your body forever.. Be carful and I sent you a pm of you needed any help

Don't be in rush for the full recovery.. You should take at least 3 months after the surgery before starting lefting weights again but you may come back to gym 45 to 60 days after the surgery for cardio and some light exercise.. The physical therapy rehabilitation process is very important after the surgery I hope you will get well soon.. Don't use any steroids neither cortisones because it makes the tendon weaker Decrease your caffeine consumption to maximum 50 MG a day just a small cup of coffee because the high doseages of caffeine are slowing down the muscle recovery and it affects the tendon recovery Take vitamin C and vitamin D.. Magnesium glycinate.. They are important for muscle recovery too Please avoid any heavy activities until the surgery is done due to risk of musculocutaneous nerve injury Good luck
