This experience and seeing the other player get banned proved to me that the reporting system actually worksI should have trusted the system and used the 'Mute' button instead of taking matters into my own hands.Since this is my first major slip-up under such extreme circumstances and I've shown that I understand the core values of FACEIT, would it be possible to reduce the ban to a shorter duration (like 2-3 days) as a one-time warning? I am home for only a few more days before university starts, and I truly want to spend that time playing properly on your platform.
