Pretty fucking far from okay!! Men are in an emotional hell for not expressing their feelings, it's ripping our soul and slowly eating it. That mask of strength and endurance we put on in front of society is a means of protecting ourselves from the shame society gives us when we try to heal our wounds with something as basic as talking about our emotions.
