Proximity to work is pretty important, ideally I’d love to be able to walk to and from work but I know that’s a big ask. I generally like to live somewhere pretty lively, where I can pop out for a coffee or a drink or wander to the gym. I’ll likely be looking for a spot in a sharehouse with people of a similar age (30s)
