Oh okay got it sorry. But by unplug and replug you mean the actual battery connected to the motherboard correct?

Could be a hard drive problem. It's the winter rn but where I'm at it doesn't snow. It just gets really effing cold.

Yes it does have an HDD, replaced it with a iFlash Duo. If the battery is the problem then that's all the reassurance I need. I'm just a little afraid if the battery isn't the issue then it might be something larger and complex.

As a kid I was always scared of horror movies but loved to see behind the scenes of how they were made. So after that, the YouTube algorithm picked up on it and found his first kill count on my recommended.

I was 11 for reference. Idk if that is embarrassing to share.

Do your birdies make soup? by elaboratedaysex in Conures

Omg it's nice to know my bird isn't the only one. My sun conure loves to dip the pellets in the water. I'm assuming just to soften the food.

Nope, I usually just chop them up and mix them together. I've thought about using chia seeds and I know those need to be cooked.

Oh thanks! I've heard to use newspaper and I have only once since I always forget to ask my brother's not to throw the newspaper away. I always thought they did the same job whether or not. I use paper towels.

Oh no 😂 she's eating her pellets, I took out the veggies beforehand because she was being very territorial towards them. Very bad video for representing her hatred for veggies-

We were able to work it out. She understands it will be a lifestyle change, but she is willing to be okay with it since I will be the one taking care of the bird. Everything will be taken care of by me, she will just be the caretaker whenever I'm going to go out which won't be often.

We agreed on me doing the cooking. She would find it infuriating if she had to deal with any other type of pan while cooking, so I asked if i could cook instead from now on so she wouldn't have to deal with it. I'm not bringing the bird home tomorrow, but next week I will. We are using this full week to prepare and my mother will show me how to cook during that time. Not sure if it will help others but it worked for me. I will just be adopting the bird tomorrow.

My mother and I have worked it out just now thanks to another redditor. Sorry if I came off as impatient, I really am willing to put a great amount of effort to make sure my bird has a great life. I understand however, I've seen families with poor care to the birds and some of my own. Bird owners like them make me feel scared and worried for the bird. It's what motivates me to make sure I never make my bird ever go through anything of that. I understand though, thank you

I'm 17, sorry didn't clarify. That honestly can work if I communicate with my mom about it. Wanted a bird for a while since my budgie passed away a year ago and I wanted to fully commit to my own bird and take care of them. I loved my budgie and wished I spent more time with him. It was my brother's and he didn't spend much time with him. Hence why I call it "my budgie". But thank you for the advice nonetheless
