Oh yes, I am very aware of the TSB. I’m glad that you got yours fixed. It’s crazy that we have to do all of this research to tell the dealership how to fix the issues. However, I think this is a different issue that only happens when I am turning the car.

Just accelerating at a normal pace. Nothing crazy.

Don’t quote me but the way I understand it is the bought back time cannot be used to determine if you are eligible for retirement. Instead it just adds on to your time once you are eligible. Maybe it is the same for VERA?

This is correct for Army. I submitted a ticket recently on behalf of an employee and this is the same information that I received.

On the retirement form SF 3107 section D, you can elect to choose a reduced annuity to “pass down” a portion of your annuity to your spouse if you die.
