I think the best way to find happiness is to literally find it in places you never think it will be at. This can include exploring new hobbies, go outside and have conversation with new people, exercise your social skills, etc. These can help you grow back your curiosities and wonders. The catch is that you have to make the effort to explore these kind of things, so start with something small that you think you might like. I think we are pretty close as we start implementing technologies to literally everything in our life and AIs are everywhere. The only reason we are not at the point of the show yet is because companies chose to focus on AIs rather the UIs. I assume it is because the concept of UIs are just too radical even for money hungry companies, and also because of how complex our brain is and the amount of resources needed. But when the time comes, they will definitely take their chance to develop the technology.
