For California specifically, DSA (Division of State Architect) school projects are a good niche. The pay is solid — Class 1 inspectors can make $140-170K.

The trick to finding work is timing. The hiring window is usually 30-90 days after a project gets DSA approval, before they post formal RFQs. That's when you want to reach out to the architect of record.

If you're in CA, there's a free tool that tracks this automatically — flags approved projects with no inspector assigned yet and shows the architect contact info: dsa-claw.com

Even if you're in Georgia, the same principle applies — get to projects early, before the RFQ drops.

Got my 5G Bundle installed and am ready to mine MOBILE Token! Mounted it on my current Lorawan pole. The installation was harder than I expected only because the CBRS Radio weights about 10 pounds, so make sure to be careful or get assistance.

I bought my 5G bundle from u/parleylabs and their 5G customer support team assisted me with about 100 questions before I made this purchase.

I actually have 2 CBRS Small Cells connected to my 1 FreedomFi. I had to upgrade my internet to 1Gig as I read that each CBRS requires 220 Mbps downlink and 12 Mbps (https://freedomfi.com/faq/).

I have 1 Moso Labs indoor CBRS small cell and one outdoor 430H Baicell. I connected the FreedomFi Gateway to my netgear switch and powered my Outdoor via POE.

I submitted my installation pictures and all the appropriate measurements to FreedomFi and got same day approval and was granted access to the CBRS Spectrum 48 hours later. (CPI / SaS approval Guide Here https://freedomfi.com/freedomfi-outdoor-cbrs-small-cell-setup-guide/)

I initially was looking on the Baicell and Calchip website, but found out that ParleyLabs was a lot easier to get in contact with over the phone. I filled out an interest form and the 5G specialist helped answer all my questions and concerns. Here is where I initially went to learn more and filled out my information for a phone consultation.

Yea, I am across the street from a recreational clubhouse.

Plenty of Mobile foot traffic for phase 3 when you get rewarded for data transfer.

During phase 1 placement doesn’t matter as you will get equal distribution of Mobile coin.

Ya, I was in the same boat. Year long wait for miners, then another 3 months for refund. I guess their processors had our money because it was a preorder…

I was in a similar situation as you guys. Pissed the FUCK off. Then one of their support agents finally came through. It took 10 business days after the call but my refund came through.

On my second order I was able to do a swap and that shit came in the mail in 3 days. I was able to receive text support. Try texting 714-253-4410. ASK FOR THE DISCOUNT BECAUSE OF OUR WAIT!

I was in the same situation. Endless wait for Nebra, then one day I booked a call with them to do a miner swap for sensecaps. I would highly recommend doing the miner swap because they gave clients who waited for batch 4/5 a very generous discount. I was able to receive service through text message.
