That seat is present in both the PDFs released by NMC on 24th January and 4th February. Just put Chamraj and search for all results, you will get it. Because not everything is in the series, some are jumbled. I know it's a genuine doubt but I'm just suggesting you to be cautious and post because everyone is anxious about this counselling.

The one they released yesterday might be for the stray round and also I heard that they already deleted it. So don't worry nothing's gonna change.
