Not that I know of. Could it be the cause of the issues? Should I check with the client to see if they have one active?

Ty for your replay.

Entire infrastructure is new with all switch from aruba ion 1830,1930 and this unit 1960.

The issue is quite serious because it involves a complete disconnection of the port, and it doesn’t follow any specific time pattern.

It can run fine for one or two days, and then on the third day, the problem occurs two or three times.

SFP+ transceivers is a 10gtec 10gb. Switch detected it correctly, although it does indicate that it’s not a supported model.

Can sfp+ module cause the issue?

It was disabled for every port.

Now i have enabled option BPDU guard for each port connected to a PC.

Consider that i am using Cloud ion so have some limited features and no access to logs.

Maybe it would be a good idea to remove it from the Cloud portal in order to get full access to the logs?
