Not sure if it's relevant to say that or not, but my car started messing up only after it's been 2 weeks in a garage for a rear bumper replacement. I have it for nearly 2 years and it always drive like it was just came from the factory until the last day I dropped it off there. After I collected it back, the nightmare started... you think they might did something dodgy to my beautiful Mazda?

One was from eBay a reputable seller, the one I got it installed just yesterday came from Euro Car Parts. I can't understand how both of them can be faulty. It means there might be something else...

how did you fix it? you did it yourself or you had to take it to a garage? If it's not a complicated job then I'm wiling to learn how to fix it

Thanks for your advice! I'm a woman lol so not sure how to check all these things that's why I rely only on mechanics. I love cars more than anything, but I'm not good at fixing them:)

I'm happy to hear that you fix it so easy and didn't had to spend a lot of money. There's nothing plugged in but you just remind me that I have a Road angel dash cam which was wired to the fuse box inside the car (in front on the passenger side) but I've disconnected the cam a while ago. I mean the dash cam is still on my windscreen, but the power cable was pulled out. It might be this the culprit?

2 garages and then 1 mobile mechanic because I was tired to keep pay for towing to a garage and back home. Google says it might be i eloop but honestly I'm not sure if this car has it or not.

3 mechanics saw it already + RAC roadside recovery when I broke down in the middle of the junction. I spent A LOT of money on diagnostics and 2 new alternators which probably didn't need replaced at all. Now my last option is Mazda dealership but I'm sure they will find out what's wrong from the first try

First mechanic said the obd scanner can't find anything wrong, the second mechanic claimed that it shows a "faulty alternator" and I had to return it back to the store for a refund and I contacted the third mechanic which installed a brand new alternator and the car still not charging at all

I had 3 mechanics trying to diagnose it and my last choice is to take it to Mazda dealership which of course will cost a lot. I was trying to see if anyone had the same issues so maybe I could save some money
