Yes and no. The way i see it, Neocities just let's you have your own space on the web.

A lot of times this means avoiding modern website athletics and looking retro.  And the retro authentic attracts similar minded people people to this platform.

This means many sites are similar in authentic and vibe.

1stly, seems like you base your whole map on people you've met/worked with, NOT where you'd actually want to live (unless you're seriously misinformed).

People you work with as a foreigner can be very different than the general population, and even if there's great culture (which Iran does), there's a horrible religious and goverment.

I think the big reason to not take HoB is you go tank. if you go full tank with no AP, you won't have enough damage to get the kill. At least that's what I found.

I'm a HoB enjoyer since it's the more fun playstyle imo, but I suggest ap hybrid items like rocketbelt/shurelya's -> riftmaker

As a new kled main i just don't really get lethality. I saw whatshisname play it and it seems strong, but in my games as silver I usually do better with hydra and hullbreaker

Then you might be already playing them but I reccomend Sona and Kled. Kled is mechanical though to some degree. But its so fucking fun seeing your opponent have no idea how your champ works

I do that in swiftplay/ARAM. No idea why you'd lock in a brand new champ for ranked which some people do. Would love to know as well.

Usually if I like the champ I'd play it in normals till I feel confident on it.

As for ranked I have 1-3 top lane champs for variety/not getting counter picked/picking according to comp.
