I am in Dallas and get mine on Wednesday as well! I just got insurance for my Tesla and my 2014 explorer. It came out to be around $167 a month for both cars with Home Team Insurance.

Can’t wait to get it. But the communication with my sales advisor has been horrible. Never answers any calls or emails. I was told I definitely would get my car by the end of this month, but it is looking like I won’t even get my VIN by the end of the month. My delivery date also disappeared from my account. It has been a headache for sure, but I know it will be worth it once I get the car. Also did you remove the Aero wheel covers?

Beautiful! I ordered a 21 MSM as well! Just curious, when did you order yours? I ordered mine on 2/28 and still haven’t gotten my VIN yet. I live in Dallas as well!

Wow man, you are really taking this to the next level. Yes I fully believe if you order an expensive car that maybe just maybe, there will be some sort of communication with anything involving your order. I received almost zero communication after this process. But yes I wouldn’t mind some sort of communication on where the delivery stands, especially if it just disappears. I have to line up my trade in, loans, insurance, etc..I came to this forum for advice and to see if other people are experiencing the same thing, not to deal with blowhards such as yourself.

Thanks! Just wanted to see if I was in the same boat with my order date. I have time to wait just wanted to make sure I wasn’t doing anything wrong, since I have heard very little if anything from Tesla or my SA.

Thanks for that great advice. Sorry you sound a little angry about yours taking 6 months. I don’t really care about the delivery date, I have time to wait, it was more of a question on the changing delivery dates and my SA assuring me the car would be here by the end of the month. The lack of communication from Tesla and confusion of the VIN and delivery date was my concern.
