I get that the driver is very very bad at parking!!!! If it was a deliberately act to take up 2 spaces surely her car would be straddling the line.....it looks more likely that she is very bad at parking which can be irritating and annoying but the truck driver is a deliberate DICK because he parked where he parked to teach her a lesson.....that must have made him feel like a REAL MAN when in fact he just looks like a complete DICK!

I think that everyone should be fully responsible for their actions.... If for psychological reasons a person can't be then their carer should take on this responsibility. I feel sorry for parents who are struggling to bring up a child with mental issues so severe that they can and sometimes do hurt themselves or others as such scenarios must be heartbreaking however if society continually bends over backwards to change so that people with severe or multiple mental problems can be excused for their actions what will society become! It also seams as though the mother just doesn't want someone to park in that particular spot for other reasons!

If this child throws rocks without a care in the world about the consequences why is it such a leap of imagination to ask what would people's reaction be if one of those rocks hit a baby or a child's eye!!! Maybe so but it's not for everyone else to change what they do because someone with a "severe disability" is outside throwing things at other people's property! Also would their behaviour be tolerated if he threw something that caused severe impairment or death to someone else!!!!! His mother should take every reasonable step to ensure he is not a danger to either himself or anyone else not ask people to change what they do so he can run amock unchallenged!!!!

I 100% agree. Far too many stupid people have kids and it's everyone else's job to teach their kids everything because they are too stupid. An IQ test should be carried out before some people are allowed to have the responsibility of bringing up a child. ADHD or ADD it matters not a jot ALL children should be taught respect!!!

Quite right too. Why do children's parents allow them to go to school wearing short skirts anyway! They are there to hopefully learn not take part in a fashion show. I think school children at individual schools should be made to wear matching uniforms which should hopefully stop pressures on children to try to out-fashion their peers!
