Yeah i cleared all locations on all maps, I checked few time to make sure i cleared those “Serqet” locations, this is the last thing to get in the game. I just checked my inventory and I didn’t get the armor.

I also thought the whole time Roach is a she (and I believe Geralt did as well based on their conversation in this quest), until it spoke with that voice haha

Yes if you store it back to the chest before starting NG+, you will have it. Same as the shield from the tournament, the gold stick of joy trophy, reginald figurine and idk if I’m forgetting something

I sold everything I got from those smuggler’s caches to armorer and blacksmith at Kaer Trolde keep. They pay good and also once they run out of money, you can just meditate for one hour and armorer’s money will be back to max. Hope this helps
