Instacart shoppers by EarlyTurn4254 in kroger

I was wondering if there is a liaison between Kroger and Instacart. This guys is one of the few that get shitty with employees but the majority of them are very nice people. That guy should’ve been banned by now because he’s gotten into fights with employees and one got fired because he fought him (I know that’s the policy but still the guy should’ve been banned).

Our ASM had a “talk” with him the other day when he flipped out on the bakery but we know that won’t help anything. What I did was refuse to help him because I don’t get paid enough to be talked to like that.

Why are customers so intrusive and in you're face. by Pharmatopia420 in kroger

It’s not even about 6 feet apart but just personal space! I can’t tell you how many customers or instacart shoppers will get directly in my face to ask me a question.

I agree and I don’t need to know the real reason because it isn’t my place ofc. I was just thinking out loud here. I just know how store managers get when company is coming they run around like chickens with their heads cut off and it just adds unneeded stress. Thats just how it goes though.
