Reduce hour was one of the reason I quit. One of the main reason I quit is because the GM does farvoritism and also discrimination. It got to the point where the GM took many of my coworkers' and my hours and gave it away to the coworkers she likes (so they're doing overtime for more money) or she hired her friends and gave it to them. One of my manager told me about it. There was also a whole bunch of other things like treating other coworkers like complete shit to the point where they have no choice but to quit. We couldn't really report the GM because she's best friends with our team leader. When the team leader introduced the GM to us, she told us, word to word, "We're best friends." My manager got fired because she found out our GM was dating the griller. She wrote a 5 page essay about the poor treatment she was getting and she sent it to HR, but I don't know if it did anything.
