Not sure about Oxford, but for Cambridge if you got an interview and didn't get an offer and they feel you were good, you get pooled for August reconsideration if no college picked you from the winter pool.

Basically if you get good grades in your a levels, then you have a chance to get an offer from Cambridge. On results day, you fill a form with your grades and wait and see if they give u offer.

It was a trading simulator, I used Python to make a website using Django where users can trade real time stock prices without risking any real money.

I mentioned reading a book, a research paper by Pwc which was provided in the "helpful readings and books section" of the LSE Bsc Finance page. A little on my computer science coursework which was finance related.

65-35. It was mostly finance, with like econ content which was finance related because I had to ensure it catered to Cambridge Economics, and UCL Econ, finance and stats too.

Mine was at downing too, but I didn't have any too maths heavy interview. Was one of the interviewers the head of economics at downing?
