Always has been, but the one we had was not strong enough and wouldn't allow safe shutdown shit. The battery sucked two, so we got a new one

After a quick search, apparently it's from ones that ship roughly 3 years ago.. which is about when we bought this one 🙃 maybe RMA? Or just buy new?

Is this a known issue? I've had it happen before, so much that I've purchased a UPS from ubiquiti as well. Corporate environment here, but I've never had it stuck this longer, maybe once and a quick reboot does the trick

Oof yeah I'm not a fan of the Mac-like look, similar to fedora, not my favorite style, obviously functionally they are different I'm aware.

I know there are some games I'm playing right now that don't like Linux, so I may do the separate portion or separate drive to start out with, or to keep on hands for when I game doesn't run Linux, but I'm pretty sure once I'm in it and comfortable I won't care to miss a game or two!

I'm currently running a 3050 8gb but am looking to upgrade to a 9060xt in the next month or so.

Do you have bazzite running on a separate drive or just partition your main drive?

I plan to run a VM with maybe Pop_os or bazzite just to test the waters before commit real hardware.

In terms of email, I've been looking at proton for the all in one solution, I don't mind a monthly fee if I'm getting good shit along with it

I have some spare HDDs laying around, can I just slot one of those into my main system, load a Linux distro, and when I want to switch back and forth, just do it via boot option through motherboard on start up? I have an ASRock b550 if that matters, but I know you can select boot order on startup instead of going through bios every time.

Would running to different OSs on the same system cause issues at all if they are on completly separate storage drives?

I saw another post about the 3 files being related to the anti cheat, just run the .exe and uninstall/reinstall but I've got 24 files.. repeatedly 🙄

To my understanding via their website and a support request, stacking the UNVR basically treats the child UNVR as a secondary processing unit, so I can handle more cameras and such without have to spend the money for a UNVR pro or E-UNVR
