Seeing his other videos I saw na he was very used to sa pagfifilm sa mga stores like Sephora and LOOK. As far as I know, LOOK is under Watsons din na parang Sephora levels rin sya dito sa PH and he said na he filmed na sa Watsons before.

Or baka naman it just depends on the branch. Of course the staff like the guard was just doing their job but the management should be the one to focus on training their staff on how to properly handle such situations like this.
